It comes out of the Mercatus Center at George Mason University; the production work is done by The Productioneers, an excellent modern production company who seems to mostly do advertising work. Mercatus is probably funded by the Koch Foundation, which may be why Hayek gets the last word.
Talk about zombie economics!
